At PetFacePajamas, we want you to love your custom pet apparel; if your order isn't paw-fect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items with custom pet photos are only eligible for replacement if there is a manufacturing defect.

Ensure your pajamas are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if there is a printing error or defect.
Ship Your Item
Once authorized, securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
After we inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
